How do I confirm my order?
THS Tableware will reserve an order ONLY upon receiving the client’s 50% of the total order cost. To confirm a booking, a copy of the signed agreement (applicable for firs timers), ID copy and/or proof of payment must be mailed to THS Tableware (info@t-hs.co.za).
Proof of payment of the deposit should sent for THS Tableware to reserve a date and order as requested. The total rental period for any order is three (3) days unless otherwise permission is granted.
What is the rental period?
The prices shown on our website are based on our 1-3 day rental rate. You can hire out our products for longer; we will simply increase the number of hires according to the length of the time required
What is a refundable deposit?
The Client will be responsible for the payment of a refundable deposit (30% of the total order cost or R1000.00 – whichever is greater.
How far in advance should I order rental items?
We recommend you order your items as soon as you have confirmed your date. Our items are unique and high demand and our inventory is not limitless.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we make things super easy for you. Check with us, we’ll provide you the cost depending of your address.
How much are your rental fees?
All fees are displayed on our products
What happens if my guests or my venue break something?
If an item is broken/lost during your rental, we’ll charge a replacement fee based on our cost to replace the item a deduct from your refundable deposit.
Do I have to clean the items before I return them?
We’re happy to take care of cleaning for you. We just ask that all items that are used for food service are scraped of all food debris and rinsed before packing into our containers
What is included in My Set Table box?
A typical dinnerware box includes dinner plates, salad plates, wine and water glasses, a full set of flatware, napkins, a table runner, flowers and stationery. For more details, click on “What’s in my set table box” for the table collection you are interested in.
What if the date of my party changes?
Any date change requests should be emailed 48hrs before order dispatch, email info@t-hs.co.za and a team member will work with you to accommodate your needs.
When will my refundable deposit be payable?
Refundable deposit will be returned within five (5) working days after we receive the goods in good condition or invoice will be sent for any shortages/breakages due. When items are lost/broken, refundable deposit may be delayed.
I love the look. Can I purchase any of the items in my set table box?
Yess you may…..Check out the availability of the your favourite item from our sister brand www.thsliving.co.za. We don’t guarantee availability because the items are beautiful and our customers love them.
How many table settings are in My Set Table box?
Each box and custom packaging is designed to hold a minimum of 6 – and maximum of 8 full table settings. To see exactly what will arrive in your box read the ‘What’s Included’ tab under the collection page you are renting.
Can I mix and match items for different boxes?
Unfortunately, the settings are not customizable.
When will I receive my box?
Your box will be delivered at least 24 hours/ one day before your event so that you have time to unpack.
When is the box collected?
Your box will be collected at least 12hrs after your event.

What are the operating times?
The THS Tableware showroom and office are open at these times (Mon and Fri 08:30 – 16:00).
