Where is THS located?

What are the operating times?

The THS Tableware showroom and office are open at these times;

  1. Monday and Friday (08:30 – 16:30).
  2. Any week day on appointment.
  3. Holidays/Weekends additional fee apply.

How do I place a rental order?

Log on to www.t-hs.co.za and order online/

Email our team at info@t-hs.co.za with details of the your event

How do I confirm my order?

THS Tableware will reserve an order ONLY upon receiving the client’s 50% of the total order cost. To confirm a booking, a copy of the signed agreement (applicable for firs timers), ID copy and/or proof of payment must be mailed to THS Tableware (info@t-hs.co.za).

Proof of payment of the deposit should sent for THS Tableware to reserve a date and order as requested. The total rental period for any order is three (3) days unless otherwise permission is granted.

What is the rental period?

The prices shown on our website are based on our 1-3 day rental rate. You can hire out our products for longer; we will simply increase the number of hires according to the length of the time required

What is a refundable deposit?

The Client will be responsible for the payment of a refundable deposit (30% of the total order cost or R1000.00 – whichever is greater.

How far in advance should I order rental items?

We recommend you order your items as soon as you have confirmed your date. Our items are unique and high demand and our inventory is not limitless.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we make things super easy for you. Check with us, we’ll provide you the cost depending of your address.

How much are your rental fees?

All fees are displayed on our products

What happens if my guests or my venue break something?

If an item is broken/lost during your rental, we’ll charge a replacement fee based on our cost to replace the item a deduct from your refundable deposit.

 

Do I have to clean the items before I return them?

We’re happy to take care of cleaning for you. We just ask that all items that are used for food service are scraped of all food debris and rinsed before packing into our containers

What if I am looking for an item I don’t see on your website?

Do not hesitate to contact us because we constantly adding new items to our inventory. We love sourcing unique, bespoke items for our clients.

How can I notify me when you add new items to your inventory?

Sign up for our mailing list by sending an email to info@t-hs.co.za. We’ll keep you updated on our gorgeous items and you can opt out at any time.

When will my refundable deposit be payable?

Refundable deposit will be returned within five (5) working days after we receive the goods in good condition or invoice will be sent for any shortages/breakages due. When items are lost/broken, refundable deposit may be delayed.
